For Verizon Wireless, our team executed a public engagement campaign that succeeded in placing telecommunications facilities in a federal park in Washington, DC. In six weeks, our advocacy strategies generated substantial leader support with more than 90 people agreeing to testify at a National Capital Region hearing. We organized an effective online lobbying effort, which required the passage of Congressional legislation that resulted in the citing of cell phone towers in Rock Creek Park.
